Chapter 54: Harvesting the Flower Goddess!

A woman stepped down gracefully, her bare feet leaving trails of golden sigils in midair.

Her figure was enchanting, and though her movements were simple, they exuded an extraordinary allure. A thin veil like soft light draped over her body, connecting to arm rings, finger rings, leg bands, and toe rings. Unlike the Daqian style, her exotic appearance only added to her irresistible charm.

Caisha truly lived up to her reputation as a peerless beauty. The moment she appeared, the entire Springfull Pavilion trembled.

“Miss Caisha, this Purple Cloud Ganoderma is a treasured heirloom of my clan. I offer it to you in hopes of winning a smile.”

“This Star Sand was excavated from an ancient Secret Realm—something not seen in a hundred years. I hope the Courtesan Queen Caisha will accept it.”

“I slew a flood dragon in the South Sea Ice Domain and obtained this Primordial Dragon Crystal. I offer it to Lady Caisha, only to witness your peerless dance…”

Caisha had barely made an appearance, yet countless noblemen rushed to offer their gifts.

Su Yun was dumbfounded, “This is exactly like a celebrity fan meet!”

Well, that made sense. Only the most elite emotional performers could become a Courtesan Queen—her status multiplied in worth.

Not only was Caisha’s dancing superb, enough to stir visions in heaven and earth, but her beauty was exceptional, her demeanor generous and natural.

Though immersed in the worldly red dust, her eyes remained bright and pure, completely untouched by vulgarity.

It was only natural that people would be drawn to her.

Most importantly…

Someone whispered loudly, “This Courtesan Queen Caisha is still a pure entertainer!”

“The capital invested great effort to stop Jiangnan from letting her take clients.”

“Whoever becomes her first guest… will probably die from happiness!”

Chu Lingxiao stared wide-eyed, then suddenly stepped forward, “Radiant Light Holy Land is willing to offer this Supreme Divine Weapon to you, Miss.”

“Just to witness your world-shaking dance—then I will have no regrets in this life!”

The noisy Springfull Pavilion quieted slightly.

People turned with surprise, “Supreme Divine Weapon?”

“He’s really willing to part with that?”

Only those in the inner circle understood his real intention.

Chu Lingxiao’s face carried smug satisfaction. “Two birds with one stone!”

Earlier, he had tried to give the Supreme Divine Weapon to Su Moli as a wedding gift. She refused.

Now, offering it to Caisha was clearly a veiled insult, implying Su Moli was no different from someone who sold herself.

And those words he just said could’ve displeased Caisha. Presenting a priceless gift should help ease that.

Though the sect master of Radiant Light Holy Land would probably smash his skull for it.

Caisha gently parted her lips, and a refreshing fragrance drifted into the air. “Esteemed guests, Caisha is deeply honored by your generosity. I do not dare offer thanks.”

“To bring a smile to the faces of such noble lords is already a blessing from three lifetimes. I dare not hope for more.”

“But please, don’t spend so lavishly. I am but a humble singer—how could I be worthy of emperors bending branches for me?”

“These gifts, I kindly ask all honored guests to take back.”

Her words were perfectly timed and flawlessly phrased, with just the right tone of humility and grace. Though there wasn’t a trace of seduction, she left everyone’s hearts itching.

This Courtesan Queen truly had skill.

Many shook their heads with a smile, “How could we take them back? As long as Caisha is happy, we’re satisfied.”

“Indeed, indeed, please keep them.”

Chu Lingxiao also put on a magnanimous expression, “What’s given cannot be taken back.”

“Even if you throw it away just to hear the sound, it’s worth it!”

Caisha gave a gentle smile, “Then I thank you all.”

Su Moli bit her lip tightly, regretting ever coming to this scene.

Running into such a vile man—what a cursed fate!

“I can’t see!” a small voice came from below.

Su Moli looked down and realized it was Su Yun, who had been placed on the floor earlier.

Su Yun raised his head, “I can’t see the Courtesan Queen Sister!”

Su Moli froze. She had come today to entertain her little brother, but that annoying man had distracted her and nearly made her forget.

“Come here, I’ll lift you up…” Su Moli reached out.

Suddenly, Caisha chuckled from the stage, “If you can’t see, come on up.”

Her gaze sparkled as it landed directly on the little Su Yun in the crowd.

Who brings a child to a brothel?

Yet this sunny, lively little boy was incredibly adorable.

He even carried a hint of heroic spirit despite his age. The more she looked, the more she liked him.

And from the earlier ruckus, she’d heard some of it.

A clever, family-protecting child like this—how could Caisha not feel fondness?

Most importantly, she faintly sensed a strange sense of familiarity from him.

Not an emotional one—but something deeper, something innate…

Su Moli was startled, “Is that alright?”

“Why not?” Caisha smiled.

If she could see him, then he could see her.

What she just said was only a polite excuse!

Since the Courtesan Queen had spoken—and it wasn’t a big deal—one of the madams quickly carried Su Yun up to the stage!

Springfull Pavilion was massive, spanning several mu.

If not for the crowd, it could’ve been as vast as a manor.

Everyone below looked up with envy.

All these noble lords, Holy Sons, and Dao Children could only watch from afar.

Yet this child was now interacting with Caisha face to face!

Still… no one wanted to compete with a child. That would be humiliating.

Except Chu Lingxiao.

He gritted his teeth, “Damn brat, ruining my plans again!”

Last time, if not for that brat, Su Moli wouldn’t have had the courage to initiate the breakup.

And now, once again, not only had he been humiliated in public, but the brat had stolen his thunder!

He offered a Supreme Divine Weapon and only got a polite thank-you with everyone else.

But that brat? One sentence got him right up next to Caisha!

“Do you like that?” Caisha suddenly asked.

Su Yun looked at the Supreme Divine Weapon and nodded honestly.

If he were older, admitting to liking someone else’s treasure would be called greedy.

But at age three, even if he said he wanted the emperor’s throne, people would just find it cute.

Caisha gently flicked her fingers, “Then it’s yours.”

Su Yun didn’t hold back. He grabbed the Supreme Divine Weapon.

It was clearly an 8th-grade treasure. Just being near it would make most people feel overwhelmed.

But Su Yun handled it like a toy, completely unfazed.

Chu Lingxiao stared at him in rage, “You dare!”

That was his gift to Caisha—intended to make him her honored guest!

How could this brat just snatch it?

Caisha remained calm and elegant, “As I said before, to earn a smile from noble lords is already a blessing from three lifetimes.”

“How dare I ask for more?”

“If the young master wants it back, then take it.”

The noble heirs, sect disciples, and core members of various Holy Lands all looked on with amusement.

Who ever reclaims a gift like that?

This isn’t a kid’s shop with a refund policy.

Chu Lingxiao was stuck. If he wanted to take it back, saying so in front of everyone would be disgraceful.

Whoosh!

Su Yun casually tossed it. “Third Sister, take it!”

He was just a three-year-old. Naturally, he didn’t have the strength, and the weapon almost dropped to the floor.

Su Moli caught it with a spell and blinked. “For me?”

Su Yun nodded vigorously, “Sister gave it to me, so I can give it to you.”

“Hmm… If Sister wants it back, I’ll give it back anytime.”

Hearing that parroted yet effective line, everyone couldn’t help but smile.

Though they were jealous he got on stage, seeing his adorable face did bring a bit of joy.

Especially that Radiant Light Holy Son, who had tried to buy favor with a grand gift…

Who would’ve thought the present would circle around and end up with Su Moli?

And now, the meaning behind the weapon had completely changed.

Chu Lingxiao clenched his jaw, glaring at Su Moli, but still couldn’t bring himself to speak.

Finally, he spat through his teeth, “Courtesan Queen Caisha’s dance is world-renowned. Since we’re all here, why not give us a display?”

The crowd was eager too, “Yes, give us a performance.”

“We came for this—how can we leave empty-handed?”

“Please, Courtesan Queen, dance for us!”

An old madam stepped forward and said with a smile, “Unfortunately, Caisha is unwell today and unable to perform. Our deepest apologies.”

“However…”

The crowd didn’t get disappointed—in fact, many straightened up.

The madam continued, “If there’s a renowned physician who can diagnose and cure her…”

“He will be invited into the Fragrant Pavilion to enjoy Caisha’s dance in private.”

Someone immediately stepped up, “I am Chen Yongning of Shouren Hall. I will gladly offer a diagnosis.”

“Ouyang He of Qing Medical Hall—I can prescribe on the spot.”

“Xing Shouliang of Yao Xiang Pavilion—gynecology is my specialty…”

Her condition was real, and the announcement had been made in advance.

Springfull Pavilion had paid a great price to invite Caisha.

But she had fallen mysteriously ill and could barely move.

If she couldn’t dance, how could they sell such a high-priced performance?

This first appearance was also a call for medical help, in hopes of finding an effective remedy.

Chu Lingxiao took a deep breath, “Brother Mu, it’s up to you now.”

Behind him, the previously silent man arrogantly nodded, “I am Mu Changkong. I won’t claim to be number one in the Daqian Empire in medicine…”

“But no one would dare say I’m second either!”

Chu Lingxiao glanced dismissively at the stage, “Hurry up and diagnose her, and get that little brat down!”

But just then, Su Yun heard a soft ding in his ear.

[This golden acacia tree, poisoned for a thousand years, is finally nearing the end of its life.]

[Its seeds and fruits once saved countless lives after the Heavenly Origin Realm shattered.]

[Cough… although you were the one who destroyed the Heavenly Origin Realm, if you can restore this divine tree, it’ll help clean up your reputation.]

[Restore the golden acacia tree.]

[Mission Difficulty: Extremely High]

[Mission Reward: Poison-Repelling Pearl]

Su Yun was stunned, “So this is the golden acacia?”

“Hah, all that talk about the Pleasure Sect was a misunderstanding.”

“Caisha… is the Flower Goddess!”
