“No. The imperial court forbids martial battles inside city walls. If we are caught, the Chen Family will be finished. We’ll wait until nightfall,” Chen Donglai said coldly. The laws of the empire—no one dared openly defy them.

Another elder spoke up, “The Li Family, White Cloud Martial Hall, and the Tiger Gang are also here. They have the same goal as us, and their strength is not weak.”

As they bickered, the forces of the Li Family and White Cloud Martial Hall, led by its master Liang Hongyun, also arrived.

Zhang Hu glanced at them with disdain. “You two also came? And when did the Li Family and White Cloud Martial Hall start working together?”
